Une mission de la FIFA chargée d’accompagner la réorganisation administrative et financière de la Fédération Guinéenne de Football (FEGUIFOOT) a démarré ses travaux à Conakry. Selon des informations obtenues par Africasport.org, cette opération est conduite par le « Director Reforms Implementation » de la FIFA dans le cadre d’un vaste processus de modernisation et d’assainissement de l’instance dirigeante du football guinéen. amunra.help

Cette mission intervient dans un contexte où la FEGUIFOOT fait face à plusieurs difficultés structurelles et financières. Un document consulté par notre rédaction évoque notamment « une administration jugée surdimensionnée », des « coûts de fonctionnement élevés », des difficultés liées à la gestion des ressources humaines ainsi qu’une situation d’endettement.

L’objectif affiché est de réorganiser l’administration de la fédération afin d’améliorer son efficacité, réduire les dépenses et renforcer les mécanismes de gouvernance interne conformément aux standards internationaux de la FIFA.

Parmi les principaux axes de travail figurent l’évaluation des différents départements, l’identification des dysfonctionnements administratifs, la restructuration des services et l’optimisation des effectifs. Le document prévoit également une réduction progressive du personnel, avec un passage de « 80+ employés à environ 35 employés ».

La mission devra aussi établir une cartographie complète des dettes et engagements financiers de la fédération avant de proposer des solutions de sortie de crise. Une révision du règlement intérieur de la FEGUIFOOT est également prévue afin de l’aligner sur les bonnes pratiques de gouvernance sportive.

Tous les départements stratégiques de la fédération sont concernés par cette réforme, notamment l’administration, les ressources humaines, la direction financière, le département technique, les compétitions, le marketing et la communication, le juridique, la logistique ou encore les relations internationales avec la FIFA et la CAF.

Prévue sur une durée de trois mois, cette mission devra déboucher sur plusieurs recommandations concrètes, dont un nouvel organigramme, un plan de restructuration administrative, un rapport financier détaillé et une feuille de route pour la mise en œuvre des réformes.

Au-delà de l’aspect financier, cette initiative de la FIFA pourrait permettre à la FEGUIFOOT de renforcer sa stabilité institutionnelle et de professionnaliser davantage son fonctionnement administratif, un enjeu majeur pour le développement du football guinéen.

Speaking ahead of the City clash, Pirates head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou has called on his charges to focus on the task at hand of getting over the line as far as the league title is concerned.

“We are focusing on ourselves; our destiny is between our feet. We just focus on how we want to play, how we want to be organized. You can see a strong Pirates, we don’t concede goals, and we score goals,” said Ouaddou.

“I just told the boys to focus on how we want to play. We are not expecting anything from anybody, we are focusing on our team, and we are really confident of what we want to achieve.

“We feel strong and we are going to prepare for the game with a lot of focus and we will give everything.”
