Saints QB Tyler Shough Emerging as 2026 Breakout Star

Despite limited starts last season, New Orleans Saints quarterback Tyler Shough has drawn significant praise from NFL scouts and executives. Described as the "best set up for success" among young quarterbacks, Shough is expected to take a leap forward in 2026 behind offensive coordinator Kellen Moore and a receiving corps featuring Chris Olave. orlando-books.blog

Shough completed 67.6% of his passes for 2,384 yards and 10 touchdowns last year. While a hamstring injury to rookie receiver Jordyn Tyson is a setback, analysts believe Shough has enough talent and support to thrive in a competitive NFC South division.
